Gallery Intern
Glowlab
(New York NY)

Glowlab seeks dynamic, diligent and creative interns to assist with upcoming exhibitions, participa-tion in major art fairs and expansion of the gallery program. Each intern will have the opportunity to develop autonomous tasks while working closely with the gallery director and staff to realize in-depth, complex and rewarding projects. Because we are a small gallery, we rely heavily on our interns who in turn have the opportunity to be involved in gallery operations at a very high level. While the internship is unpaid, we can assist with arranging school credit.

This position requires an individual with strong photography and design skills to help us with tasks including designing gallery announcements and catalogues, putting together sales packages and overseeing website updates. You should be well versed in photography and the Adobe suite (including file preparation for printing) and comfortable with technical troubleshooting. Knowledge of packaging and/or product design a plus.

Project Manager Intern
This intern must be detail-oriented with an eye on the big picture, work well with deadlines and be interested in running the show. You will help coordinate schedules, tack inventory, manage calendars, work with vendors and oversee day-to-day operations.

Our bottom-line requirement is that interns be extremely reliable. We expect our interns to take their positions seriously and be resourceful, self-motivated and organized.
